Do I have to pay for a plan?
No. The Free plan is included with every Nimbus frame — 50 of your own photos and the full art library. You only pay if you want more photo storage.
What does “every extra frame is half price” mean?
Your first frame is priced at the plan's standard rate; every additional frame on the same account is half that. On Starter, for example, the first frame is $40/yr and each additional frame is $20/yr.
Monthly or annual?
Either. Every paid plan is available monthly or annually — for example Starter is $4/mo or $40/yr. Annual plans also include free Meural import.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Photo storage. Free holds 50, Starter 100, Basic 200, and Premier is Unlimited. Every plan includes the full art library, playlists and Mosaics.
Do the plan prices include the frame?
No — the frame is a separate one-time hardware purchase (Orion $599). The plan is the ongoing service for each frame.
I own a Meural Canvas — what does it cost to import?
Meural import is free on any annual plan. On monthly plans it's a one-time $29. You'll also need a Nimbus Bridge (Bridge Mini $69, Bridge Full $99).
Can I change my plan later?
Yes — you can move between plans anytime. Upgrades take effect right away: you're charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period (you'll need a payment method on file), and your next renewal is at the new plan's rate. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date — you keep your current plan until then, and there's no charge or credit for the change. You can cancel a scheduled downgrade anytime before it takes effect.
You're charged at purchase. Orders usually ship within a few days. If we can't ship within 30 days, we'll contact you with a revised date and you can cancel for a full refund.
